Today, she leads product strategy, research, user experience, and design, helping turn ideas into websites and software people actually use.
Andrew builds the software underneath: reliable, fast, and made to last well past launch day.
Before founding BAAM Devs, he worked as a Software Engineer at Smartsheet, building large-scale software used by thousands of customers and helping teams modernize infrastructure, automate deployments, and scale reliably.
Today, he leads engineering, architecture, and infrastructure, building websites and software that are fast, maintainable, and built to last.
Malibu is BAAM Devs's first non-human hire. She handles team morale, visitor relations, office security, and quality assurance for all snacks entering the office. While her qualifications are questionable, her enthusiasm is unmatched.
