Who we are

BAAMDEVS LLC ("BAAM Devs", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company, operates baamdevs.com as a two-person software studio run by Bri and Andrew. We are responsible for the information collected through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and keep the site running:

• Contact details you give us: your name, email, company, the project details, and any budget range you share through our contact form.
• Basic usage data: if we use analytics, it's anonymous and aggregated (such as which pages are visited) so we can improve the site. We don't use it to identify you.
• Technical basics: your browser type and approximate region, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, scope your project, and stay in touch about work you've asked us to do. We use analytics only to understand how the site is used and make it better.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we don't build marketing profiles about you.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never share it with third parties except the trusted services we use to run the site (see below).
• We never send you marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Services we rely on

To run BAAM we rely on a small number of reputable providers, such as website hosting and, where applicable, form delivery and privacy-friendly analytics. Each only receives the information needed to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy commitments.

Cookies

Our site uses little to no cookies, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll choose a privacy-friendly option, and where any non-essential cookies are introduced we'll ask for your consent if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as we're in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what information we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@baamdevs.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and adults. It isn't directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@baamdevs.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update how we handle information, we'll revise this page and change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear.
